Inside Switzerland & Lichtenstein

We deliver our goods with swiss post.
If you order for CHF 80.- and more, the shipping is free. If you order for over CHF 200.-, we may ship multiply packages for free. There is no minimum amount for an order.

CHF 3.- shipping costs for orders until CHF 30.-
CHF 5.- shipping costs for orders until CHF 80.-

If all goods from your order are on our stock, we ship within one to three days.

If one or more goods from your order are not on our stock at the moment, it will takes a little bit longer. Sometimes we use to do part-deliveries. In this case we will contact you. If you ordered for CHF 200.- or more, part-delivieries are free anyway.

Please note, that they are several products in our shop which are only for preorder or temporary not on stock. Normaly our shop gives you this information in the detail view of a product.
In this case, you got two opportunities:
Option „one delivery“: We wait until all goods could be sent together. As soon as all products are ready, we ship your order.
Option „multiple deliveries“: all products on stock would be sent immediately. All other goods would be sent as soon as they are ready. Sometimes there is an extra fee for this option - depends on the value of your order (CHF 200.-).

Zurich and suburbs:
In the city of zurich and some nearly suburbs we offer a home / office delivery service at the same day together with our partners from Züriwerk.

Time frames:
- ordered until 1pm = delivered until 5pm (for example: office)
- ordered until 4.30pm = deiliverd until 8pm (for example: to your home)

Conditions:
- minimum order amount of CHF 80.-
- you have the pay with an electronical payment method like credit cards, PostFinance Card or PayPal
- only on workdays (Monday till Friday)

There is an extra fee about CHF 8.- (City of Zurich) / CHF 13.- (for the suburbs) for this service.

Outside Switzerland and Lichtenstein:
Please note, that normaly there is an extra custom fee for deliveries outside Switzerland and Lichtenstein. This custom fee is purchased by the custom of the country where you live / the delivery is sent to. We have no influences on this custom fee and are not able to give you more information about that. Ask your local custom office for more information. In case of this custom fee, we give you automatically a reduction from 8% on your order while processing your order if your Invoice and Delivery address is outside Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

Europe:
Order value until CHF 30.-: shipping costs CHF 8.-
Order value until CHF 50.-: shipping costs CHF 20.-
Order value until CHF 300.-: shipping costs CHF 40.-
Order value over CHF 300.-: shipping is for free

all other countries:
Order value until CHF 30.-: shipping costs CHF 12.-
Order value until CHF 50.-: shipping costs CHF 30.-
Order value until CHF 300.-: shipping costs CHF 55.-
Order value over CHF 300.-: shipping is for free
